PURPOSE:  TO GROW PARTICIPATION, PERFORMANCE, AND DIVERSITY IN OUR ADVANCED PLACEMENT PROGRAM AT DENMARK HS.

AP Ambassador Application:  If you were nominated by a teacher, you will receive the link to this application in an informational meeting during Dane Time 2 on Tuesday August 27, 2024.  Please complete the information on the application, print, and submit this form to Ms. Teri Schneider (main office 1462) by Tuesday September 3, 2024 @ 3:40 pm.  

AP Ambassador Parent Signature Form: Students will receive this document as a hard copy and parents should sign and date this Parent Signature Document that is to be returned as a hard copy attached to the application, to Ms. Schneider in (main office 1462) by Tuesday September 3, 2024 @ 3:40 pm.
